Bed and breakfast with style in a superb heritage location

Situated in a conservation area on the east of the Yorkshire Dales, on the boundary of Studley Royal Deer Park, this is a B&B with a difference.

Your hosts, Janet & Jim have one family room with double king size bed and one or two single beds (also available as a double or twin room) and one double room with king size bed, both with en-suite facilities. Your room includes TV as well as tea and coffeee making facilities. Safe and easy parking available.

The Wheelhouse is a 250 year old renovated dry mill, only a mile from England's most visited National Trust site, the 12th century, Cistercian, Fountains Abbey. The site encompasses the superbly original Elizabethan Mansion, Fountains Hall, as well as one of the best surviving examples of a Georgian green water garden.

We are one mile from Ripon, the smallest and second oldest city in England, with its Cathedral and bustling market square. Ripon is blessed with a variety of restaurants and excellent pubs, many of which serve good food at modest prices.

There are many excellent walks in the immediate area and the National Parks of the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors are on our doorstep.

Bed & Breakfast Tariff: Double and twin en-suite rooms for £25 pp with reduction to £23.75 pp if staying more than one night. The spacious double room can be converted to a family room to include up to two children for £10 per child. We regret we do not accommodate smokers or pets.
