These 3 lovely Dales cottages are set in a beautiful rural location at High Shaw, Simonstone, close to the owner's small Dales farm in Wensleydale. They are within 2 miles of the market town of Hawes and are an ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

There's plenty to see and do from these cottages. Hawes offers a good selection of shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants, the Wensleydale Creamery, Ropemakers and Countryside museums as well as Gayle Mill. Call in at a farm open day, watch the local sheep dog trials, fish for trout or simply walk in peace and quiet across the Yorkshire moors and hills. The Pennine Way passes through nearby Hawes. Great family days out include the Lightwater Valley Theme Park and the historic City of York. Dales countryside attractions include Hardraw, Redmire and Ayesgarth Falls.

Choose from our three comfortable, cottages; Curlew Cottage, sleeping 2, Brunskill Cottage, sleeping 4 + 1 and Fossdale House, sleeping 10. Curlew Cottage is a delightful barn conversion, ideal for couples short breaks, with small rockery garden and Dales meadows at the back. Brunskill House is a pretty, stone built cottage, perfect for family holidays, with south facing walled garden. Fossdale House is a large Dales Barn conversion, excellent for group stay accommodation, with garden, patio and great views.
