Situated between Ripon and York, Boroughbridge has many interesting historical and architectural places to visit nearby. There are race courses and golf courses in abundance. A short drive westwards takes you to the beautiful walking country of the Yorkshire Dales and eastwards are the North Yorks Moors. The Yorkshire East Coast and the ancient port of Whitby are well worth a visit.

Location
From either North orSouth leave the A1 motorway at junction 48 and from the north turn left at roundabout.

Follow signs for Boroughbridge and at second roundabout take second left. At the third roundabout take third turn left passing High School and leisure centre on the right and then passing cemetry on the left. Turn second left into Mallard Walk opposite car showroom and before the Rose Manor Hotel.

Follow Mallard Walk along to first right hand bend and number 14 is on the right.
