Tariff

Rates are based on weeks beginning in the months as follows and run from Saturday to Saturday:

Low season - January, February, March, April, November and December (apart from special holidays)  -  £350  
Mid Season - May, June, September, October -  £385
High Season - Easter week, July, August, Christmas Week and New Year Week  -  £455

One dog by arrangement: £10 per visit.

Short breaks, where available, are charged at 60% of the full rate for 3 nights, 80% for 4 nights and 100% for 5 or more nights.

Short breaks are not available in High Season or Special holidays.

Included in the price
All electricity, gas, coal & logs. Bedlinen (beds already made up), Travel cot and High chair available on request.

Directions

Approaching from the South on the A1
Take junction 47 of the A1(M). Follow the A59 to Knaresborough and turn right onto the B6165 sign posted to Ripley. Continue on the B6165 to Pateley Bridge. Just past Pateley Bridge turn right to Lofthouse.
Turn right in Lofthouse past the Crown pub.  The cottage is on your right past the car park and shop.

Approaching from the North on the A1
Take the junction of the A1 with the A684.   Follow the A684 for a short distance to Bedale before taking the B6268 and following signs to Masham. At Masham turn left and follow signs to Fearby, Healy and Lofthouse. The cottage is on the left, a few houses down  as you enter Lofthouse

Approaching from the South on the M1
At Leeds follow the signs for the A6 to Harrogate. Continue on A61 to Ripley and turn left onto the B6165 sign posted to Pateley Bridge. Just past Pateley Bridge turn right to Lofthouse.

Approaching from the West on the M62
Take M621 to Leeds and then follow signs for the A61 to Harrogate. Then as above.

Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before occupancy. In the case of bookings made less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the full rent must be paid on booking.

The property must not be occupied by more than 5 people.

The cottage will be available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

It is requested that guests do not smoke in the cottage.

We regret that in the case of cancellation, within the final 6 weeks, the fee can only be refunded if we take another reservation for the time booked. Insurance is recommended.
