Bellegreen is a stone-built three storey house in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales providing self catering  for 1 or 2 families.

Bellegreen overlooks the Green at Reeth, a village at the junction of Swaledale and Argengarthdale. Reeth is located 6 miles from Leyburn and 12 miles from Richmond and is easily accessible from the A1 at Bedale.

Reeth is a typical Dales village dominated by a large green and overlooked by Fremington Edge. The village has three pubs (all of which serve food) and a number of shops and restaurants. Nearby Grinton and Langthwaite are smaller villages with further facilities.

The spacious accommodation is split over 3 floors and comprises all the facilities that one would expect from a modern accommodation provider.

Bellegreen is located on the attractive Reeth village green.

The cottage accommodates 7 (+2) in four bedrooms. There are 2 double rooms, 1 twin room, 1 single room and 1 double sofa-bed in the extra lounge. There are 2 bathrooms - on the ground and first floors. Both have shower /bath facilities. 

Bellegreen has a large kitchen / dining room which can seat up to 8 people and has facilities including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and colour television.

Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a barbeque area with gas-fired BBQ, table and chairs. Steps lead up to small garden. The Utility room off the patio area has an automatic washing machine, freezer and tumbler dryer.

Private parking at the front is for one car - plentiful public parking is within 50 metres.

The large sitting room has an open fire and views over the Green to the front and towards Grinton Moor at the rear. There is a payphone, large colour television and VCR. There is an extra sitting room with sofa bed (for extra 2 people if required) and colour television.

The rear door leads to the balcony and steps down to patio/garden area. Full oil-fired central heating to all rooms except the single bedroom on the first floor which is provided with an oil-filled thermostatically controlled electric radiator. All radiators have individual thermostatic controls. The cost of fuel (oil and electricity included in the rental).

All bed linen and duvets are supplied. Towels are not supplied. Cot and high chair available.
