Booth Bridge Cottage is set on a working farm
in the beautiful village of Thornton in Craven, just 5 miles from
the market town of Skipton 'Gateway to the Dales'. With the Pennine
Way running through the village and the Leeds Liverpool Canal near
by, the cottage is ideal for ramblers. But is also within easy reach
of Haworth, home of the famous Bronte sisters, Settle-Carlisle Railway,
Bolton Abbey Estate, Kilnsey Crag, Grassington, Pendle Hill and
the famous Boundary Mill in Colne.
The cottage is decorated to a high standard. It has one very large
double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and a lounge with three-piece
suite, TV, DVD and video. The well equipped kitchen has a dining
area, with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine
and dryer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The bathroom
is compact , with a white suite, heated towel rail and a shower
over the bath.
The
cottage is fully double glazed, and heated by storage heaters. Fuel
for the open fire is provided.
The rental is between £200 and £320 per week. All bedlinen
and towels are included in the price, and a travel cot and high
chair are available upon request.
Although this property is ideal for 2 - 4 people an extra bed could
be provided in the main bedroom. Booth Bridge Cottage is a non smoking
property. Children are welcome.
