The house has uneven floors and steps, if you think this may pose a problem please mention it before booking.
Bookings to be confirmed with a £25 per person deposit (£50 per person for bookings of 5 or more nights) within 7 days by card or cheque. Deposit is non-returnable but can be transferred. In the event of part cancellation the deposit will be held against any days not re-let. Successful re-letting is unlikely when there is less than two weeks notice.
