Lying at the northern end of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and situated in the secluded hamlet of Whaw, Arkengarthdale, Chapel Farmhouse makes an excellent base for walking, biking and touring the Dales or just simply enjoying a quiet holiday break. Chapel Farmhouse incorporates the old village schoolroom and has been renovated to restore many of its traditional features. 

The farmhouse offers guests warm, comfortably furnished en-suite accommodation and delicious home cooked meals. The guest lounge has an open fire, television, reference books and maps. As day draws to an end you can relax by the open fires in the lounge or dining room. Traditional Yorkshire farmhouse dinners are also available, prepared with locally produced ingredients and complemented by a traditional dessert.
