• The sitting room has a beamed ceiling, an open fire, CTV, DVD and a reading room annexe.
• The dining room has a beamed ceiling and a table which can extend to seat 10.
• The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge
• The utility room has a large fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.

• There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double (king size), 1 twin, both with beamed ceilings, and 1 single. All bedrooms have lovely views.
• The bathroom has a bath and a power shower over, WC and wash basin

• There is oil-fired central heating and some logs and coal for the open fire are provided.
• THE WATER SUPPLY IS SPRING WATER.
• Small garden with picnic table
