Notes: Changeover Day is Saturday

A weekend short break is 3 nights – Friday to Monday
A mid-week short break is 4 nights – Monday to Friday
Bed Linen and towels, Electricity and some fuel for the fire (Farmhouse only) are included
If any cottage is booked for only 2 people, a £20 discount is given
The above prices apply to the first week booked
A discount is given for each additional week booked. (See table above)
A well-behaved dog can be brought to our cottages in Coverdale for an additional £11
A returnable deposit against breakages of £100 may be required for large parties
A deposit of £50 per week per cottage is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday
