Proprietors Anne Eves & Dennis Stinson would like to welcome you to their home near Grassington in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

Our Edwardian house, built in the early 1900's, still retains many of its original features, such as some beautiful stained glass. We have further enhanced the property with elegant and tasteful décor.

All our centrally heated bedrooms are well furnished and each has colour TV with tea, coffee and chocolate making facilities. We have two double rooms, one with a king size bed, and a twin room - all en-suite. Our one single room has private facilities.

We are noted for our quality breakfasts using local produce and for offering a wide choice including vegetarian options. Packed lunches are available on request.

Grassington, in Wharfedale, is a picturesque little town and there is much to interest the visitor in the area. It is also an ideal base for exploring the other Dales and further afield.

There are many interesting walks directly from the house for all abilities, ranging from riverside ambles to strenuous hill walking. We have maps and books available for guests' use and we are only too happy to offer advice on walks if required.

Guest tickets are available for trout fishing on the local River Wharfe.

Beautiful scenic tours by car can be made to Malham, Kilnsey, Kettlewell, Buckden and Hawes… to name but a few.

Towns nearby worthy of a visit are Skipton, Settle, Ilkley and Harrogate. In addition York and Leeds are easily accessible.

Also within easy reach are Wensleydale, Nidderdale, Dentdale, Swaledale, even the Lake District. The choices are endless and the variety of scenery is impressive.
