Holly Cottage

Holly Cottage is situated in the heart of the village of Kettlewell, surrounded by beautiful country side and open fells. It has a peaceful and quiet position in one of the Yorkshire Dales prettiest villages.

Kettlewell village has three pubs and a number of shops and tearooms. It is 6 miles from the Dales village of Grassington and 14 miles from the market town of Skipton, with its weekly market and medieval castle, as well as shops and supermarkets.  

Newly renovated Holly Cottage is a two-bedroom traditional Dales stone cottage which sleeps four with a double bed and twin full size bunks. It is well equipped and has night storage heating and electric fires throughout, with electricity included in the rental. There is a multi-fuel stove in sitting/dining area, and one bag of fuel is provided.

Holly Cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a living room with small colour TV/VCR plus DVD/CD player and radio, a downstairs wc/basin, and a bathroom with shower over bath. Hand towels are provided.

Outside there is a patio area and private parking for one car. Holly Cottage does not allow smokers or pets.
