BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Bookings are from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
   
   
2. If a booking is made four weeks or more before the start of a holiday a deposit of one third is payable.and the balance is due four weeks before the start of the holiday. If a booking is made four weeks or less before, the full rent is payable at the time of booking. Failure for payments to arrive on time may result in the loss of your booking.
   
   
3. Cancellation. In the event of cancellation the full rental is payable. However if the property can be re-let the total paid will be returned to you. Cancellation Insurance is available from your Insurance Broker.
   
   
4. The Guests are expected to look after the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition when they leave. Reimburse the Owner for any breakages or damages caused by them or any member of their party. Allow the owner reasonable access to the property. Dogs are only allowed with agreement at the time of booking. They are not to be left in the cottage unsupervised, or allowed on furniture or beds and not allowed to foul the garden areas.
   
5. We accept no liability for loss or damage to Guest’s possessions on our property or be liable in the event of any accident, injury, damage or inconvenience during the Guest’s stay.
