This self catering apartment is central
heated and double glazed with all gas and electric included in
your rent.
The apartment is at 6A
Garrs Lane just off the centre of Grassington, above the local
Fish and Chip shop, both of which are managed by ourselves (the
shop does not open late at night.)
One pet welcome, when booking please state age and breed, children accepted minimum age 8 years old.
We are annually appraised by the Tourist Board and can boast to
have been awarded three stars. Free car parking is allowed on the
Village Square. |

Our attractive oak beamed lounge has colour television and three-piece
suite  The fully equipped
kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The bathroom has
a modern three-piece suite with a separate corner shower
cubicle, large illuminated mirror with shaver point.
There
are two bedrooms, one double ( as seen ) and one twin.
All
bed linen is included in the rent. Towels can be provided £5 per person. Overseas visitors and guests staying 2 weeks or more, these will be provided free of charge.

await to serve.

Grassington Festival
takes place in June every year inviting prestigious performers each year.

Grassington`s Dickensian
Festival : this very popular time of year fills the streets with
festive mirth, a time when we try to create the days of Charles Dickens
[costume wear is greatly appreciated], mulled wine, roasting chestnuts,
hot burning braziers, stalls and attractions keep our visitors from all
over the country happy all day long. The day finishes with a torch-light
procession through the streets with Mary and her donkey accompanied by
the band of the day, not to mention the shops adorned with festive lights.
