^{Accommodation Hire Terms and Conditions}

^{1. No cottage may be occupied, by more than the maximum number stated in the brochure.}

^{2. Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, and will be available after 3.00pm on the day of arrival.}

^{3. A deposit of £50 per week for each week booked is payable at the time of reservation, the balance payable 28 days before arrival.}

^{4. Any monies paid will only be returned, in the event of cancellation if we are able to re-let. If this is the case it will be refunded in full with no deductions.}

^{5. In the event of cancellation by us liability shall be limited to the return in full of monies paid.}

^{6. We cannot hold ourselves responsible for valuables or other property of guests left in the cottage or for damage or accident to vehicles.}

^{7. We regret that pets cannot be catered for as this is a working farm.}
