Rockville Cottage 

Rockville is a traditional Victorian double-fronted town house whose main attraction is its location, very near to the centre of the town but on a quiet loop road just off the busy main street.

It has a south facing patio where you can enjoy outdoor meals and barbecues, something of a rarity in Hawes!  It's only a couple of minutes stroll from the shops, restaurants, pubs, museums, tourist attractions and other amenites of the town centre.

Internally, on the ground floor there is a lounge, separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one with an extra single bed) sleeping 5 and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

The cottage is fully carpeted and heating is by 6 off-peak electric storage heaters (cost included in rent together with the cost of all electricity) and there is also a cast iron fireplace in the lounge. There is the benefit of the security of the easily accessible garage.
