Scalby is a quiet residential village on the outskirts of Scarborough with nearby pubs for excellent bar snacks and superb Yorkshire ale.

Holly Croft is ideally placed for walks along the cliff-top or in the lovely surrounding countryside.

As a touring base, Holly Croft is ideal for touring the North Yorkshire Moors and Heartbeat country and is within easy reach of Castle Howard, Burton Agnes and Bempton Cliffs RSPB nature reserve. Holly Croft is closed Christmas & New Year.
