Lofthouse village has a small post office/shop and the local friendly pub, serving home cooked meals, is less than 5 minutes walk away.  A peaceful retreat, Holme Farm Cottage is ideal for walkers, cyclists and those wishing to explore this beautiful area of Yorkshire. The market towns of Pateley Bridge and Masham are close by whilst Harrogate, Ripon and York are within easy driving distance.
The cottage has a small front garden with patio area. The cottage benefits from oil fired central heating.
