Husband's Barn stands in its own grounds beside the Settle to Horton-in-Ribblesdale road (B6479), with excellent views of the Yorkshire Dales National Park from all rooms.
It is run as part of a working farm.

The barn has been tastefully converted to a high standard with original beams in the bedrooms, which are en-suite and very comfortable.

Accommodation includes central heating (electric heater in room if required), colour TV, hostess tray, hair dryer and many other extras.

There is a separate dining room with the same lovely views and a visitor's lounge with coal fire. Outside the house is a garden area and plenty of parking. Sorry, no children under 10 are allowed. No pets or smoking.

Stainforth is a quiet village with a beck that can be crossed by stepping stones, a traditional pub that is within easy walking distance and several lovely walks including the Three Peaks are close by.

The sound of the Peregrine Falcon can be heard as it nests on a nearby cliff face.

Five minutes drive to Settle offers shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as a golf club and swimming pool.

Further afield, take a trip on the famous scenic Settle-Carlisle Railway - what better way to view the Dales. Skipton a busy market town with castle and canal trips is within easy driving distance. The Lake District, Bronte Country and Blackpool are also within driving distance.

A Bunk Barn is also available with up to 48 beds.
