Prices are quoted for 6 people per week. (More can be accommodated by arrangement) | A deposit of half the rent is required on booking and the balance payable 4 weeks before your stay. Please note that if the week falls between two months the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Letting ArrangementsGuests are requested not to arrive before 2 pm, and to leave before 10 am to allow time for cleaning. The front door key will be sent to you 14 days prior to arrival and should be posted into the Intake letter box on departure. Half the rent should be paid as a deposit at the time of booking and the balance paid one month before commencement of the holiday. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are, unable to come, we will do our best to re-let, but it is a condition of letting that half the rent is payable unless a re-letting can be arranged. |
