• A deposit of £50 confirms your booking, with the balance due one 20 days prior to your arrival
• The Bunkbarn will be cleaned and ready for you on your arrival. Please ensure that you leave it as clean and tidy as you find it. Take care of the premises and all the equipment and let me know if anything is broken or not working. Please use the recycling box for bottles and cans.
• Arrival time is from 4pm and departure is by midday. These times are negotiable, depending on whether there is a group staying before or after you.
• Please do not climb walls, and do not enter any of the privately owned fields including the field adjacent to the barn which is strictly private. There is a play area in the compund of the barn.
• A well-behaved dog is welcome, but please clean up after it, and keep it under control at all times. 
• Most importantly, out of deference to our neighbours, we require all groups to be quiet after midnight.

Please print out these conditions and booking form and keep a copy as well as sending the signed and completed booking form to me with your deposit of £50.
