Ground Floor:
A homely open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine, electric cooker, microwave and fridge, Dualit toaster and kettle, plus everything else you should need to make a hearty dinner or cheese on toast. Lounge with multifuel stove, TV, DVD, ipod docking station and a large selection of books. Dining area with farmhouse table and window seats looking out on to the patio garden.
 
First Floor:
A large landing with built in cupboards which leads to three bedrooms; double, bunkbed and single.

Double:
The most historic room in the house; an original stone fireplace dating to 1617 and wall paintings thought to date to the Civil War period.

Bunks:
Adult sized so a perfect nights sleep for all. Stone mullioned picture window.

Single:
Original Oak and tongue and groove panelling. With a traditional iron bed and vintage fabrics to match.

Bathroom:
Small but perfectly formed, with bath, sink and wc. Tongue and groove panelling.

The cottage is heated by oil central heating and multi fuel stove. Fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. 

Private patio with garden furniture and fantastic views on to Cawden Hill. Guests are also welcome to use owners garden.

Changeover day: Friday or Monday

Short breaks are available all year excluding Christmas and New Year. Short Break prices start from £220.
