Manor Farmhouse is an 18th century former farmhouse in a superb location opposite the village church. There is an excellent pub/restaurant, the St Vincent Arms, just 3 minutes walk away. Ample parking. Local riverside walks. Non smoking.
The accommodation Manor Farmhouse offers 2 double en-suite and 1 twin en-suite room. All bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities and TV, tea and coffee making facilities. The twin room can take an extra bed for a child.

There is a comfortable guest sitting room with inglenook fireplace and beamed ceiling. Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the village church.

Things to do York's many attractions include the Minster, the Shambles - a quaint 'olde worlde' shopping area, Jorvik Viking Centre, The National Railway Museum, Castle Museum and City Walls. Castle Howard stately home (from Brideshead Revisited) is 30 minutes drive and the Yorkshire Air Museum at Elvington is 2 miles away.
