Booking Conditions
1. Should you wish to change the dates of your holiday after confirmation has been issued, this is subject to availability. It is not possible, subject to my discretion, to rearrange your holiday after the full payment has been made. 2. Should you wish to cancel your holiday before the final payment has been made, I will attempt to re-let the cottage, and if successful, will return the deposit to you. You will lose your holiday, and deposit if you fail to make the final payment. 3. Once final payment has been made, any refund is subject to my discretion. I recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance. 4. If any cheque is returned to me by my Bank, then the charges will be passed on to you. 5. If it becomes necessary for me to cancel a booking owing to circumstances beyond my control, I will endeavour to make alternative arrangements within the area. Alternatively, I will refund all payments in full, and without delay. I cannot accept any further losses or liability resulting from this. 6. The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the property and contents in the same condition as at the beginning of the holiday, and pay for damage, and breakages. 7. There must never be more than three people living in the cottage. 8. The owner of the property, or persons acting on their behalf, must be allowed to access the property at any reasonable time during your stay. 9. If you have any problem or complaint, please contact me on 01756 795578. I cannot investigate or act on complaints once the holiday has been completed. 10. The cottage will normally be available for occupation from 2.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please if possible let me know your approximate time of arrival a day or two before your holiday. The cottage must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of your departure. |
