Tariff and Booking Conditions

Prices

Prices range from (per week) £250 - £450.  Short breaks are available Friday to Sunday and Monday to Thursday prices range from £200 - £300

(Prices are based on the property not on occupancy)

Payment

We would like you to pay one third of the price on booking, and the remaining two thirds one month before occupation.

Booking Conditions

1.  Should you wish to change the dates of your holiday after confirmation has been issued, we will attempt to arrange this, subject to availability.

2.  Should you wish to cancel your holiday before the final payment has been made, we will attempt to re-let the cottage, and if successful, we will return the deposit to you.  If final payment is not received than you may lose your booking and deposit.

3.  Once final payment has been made, any refund is subject to our discretion.  We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.

4.  If it becomes necessary for us to cancel a booking owing to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements within the area.  Alternatively we will refund all payments in full, and without delay.

5.  The holiday maker undertakes to leave the property and contents in the same condition as at the beginning of the holiday, any damages or breakages may have to be paid for.  Please do inform us as soon as possible of any damage or breakage so that we may repair or replace in time for the next occupant.

6.  There are to be no more than 4 people staying in the Hayloft or 3 people in the Granary over the duration of the holiday.

7.  Access must be allowed to the property by the owner or persons acting on behalf of the owner at any reasonable time.

8.  The cottages will normally be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.  Please let us know your approximate time of arrival a day or two before your holiday.  The cottages must be vacated by 10 am on the day of your departure.
