The cottage has 2 colour TVs, washing machine, freezer,
microwave and incoming telephone. A cot and high chair are available.
Electricity, fuel for the open fire, linen and towels are included in the rent. Oil-fired central heating is paid for on demand. The tariff is from £250 - £420 per week. Short breaks are also available. We regret that no pets are allowed since this is a working farm.

This lovely, spacious, 18th century farmhouse is well-appointed and
pleasantly furnished. Located on the owner's working farm, 2 miles from Skipton
and 7 miles from the very popular Dales village of
Grassington, it is surrounded by first class walking countryside.
Skipton is known as the gateway to the Dales and has good shopping,
bustling market and castle. Swimming, golf, riding, fishing, pubs and shops are within easy
reach.
The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, a lounge with colour TV and electric
fire, a lovely spacious fitted kitchen/dining area with second living area, open fire and second TV. There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and a bathroom with bath, toilet and
basin shower.
There is ample off-road parking, a large grassy area at the back and a pretty front garden with garden
furniture. A small barbeque is available to enable you to eat
outdoors and enjoy the superb scenery.
