Welcome to the Old Hill Inn The Old Hill Inn is an ancient inn of great character, part of which dates back to 1615 and the other part 1835. Originally a farm, then a Drovers inn, it now specialises in delicious home cooked food and excellent puddings. Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, nestling between the Three Peaks of Ingleborough and Whernside, the Old Hill Inn offers fantastic views from the superb en-suite letting rooms. A family of chefs run the establishment, three working on the savoury side, and Colin, a famous pastry chef and sugar sculptor extraordinaire, has spectacular sculptures on display. The Old Hill Inn is an ideal location for a cosy meal and also catering for parties. With log fires and beams, the Old Hill Inn is an interesting place to visit. Winston Churchill used to stay here for hunting, shooting and fishing holidays. Conveniently situated on the scenic Ingleton-Hawes road, there are many walks from the door of the Old Hill Inn. Solitude and space are all around, and it is also an ideal location for anybody interested in the local wildlife - birds and plant life especially. We have a woodpecker family living here!
