Situated between Gunnerside & Muker, deep in the beautiful countryside of Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales, Oxnop Hall offers you a very warm welcome - and the opportunity to stay in a Grade ll Listed seventeenth century farmhouse.
As a working hillfarm, Oxnop Hall is surrounded by its own land... here you can enjoy truepeace and tranquiliity and breathtaking views of the wonderful Dales.
The house is date-stoned 1685, but probably dates back a century earlier. Its mullion windows and oak beams are complimented by many antiques, while at the same time every modern home comfort promises an enjoyable, carefree stay.

The house has recently been extended, with all bedrooms having en-suite facilities and being individually furnished and decorated to a high standard. Colour televisions in some rooms and tea/ coffee making facilities are provided, and most rooms enjoy panoramic views. Oxnop Hall has central heating throughout, and a full fire certificate.
For the benefit of all, the house is entirely non-smoking throughout.
Our guests are served a hearty Dales breakfast with an emphasis on traditional home-made meals, all produced with local produce.
Location
Oxnop Hall is situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park - Herriot Country - an environmentally sensitive area renowned for its stone walls, barns, picturesque villages and flora.

We are easily found just off the B6270 between Gunnerside and Muker.
