This 18th century semi-detached barn has been delightfully converted into a lovely home. Situated in the traditional hamlet of Selside on a working farm. The cottage is full of character and charm with exposed beams and is furnished to a high quality and well equipped.

• The cottage has a large lounge, dining room, Kitchen with dining area.
• One bedroom has a double bed the other 2 bedrooms twin beds.
• Bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet, wash basin, coal fire, electric fire, colour TV, video, patio, garden, BBQ, parking for 2 cars.
• Well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron, toaster, freezer, washing machine, access to outside tumble dryer.
• Central heating from storage heaters throughout.

Selside Farm cottage is situated in the traditional stone hamlet of Selside. It is on a working farm approximately 3 miles north of Horton in Ribblesdale (B6479).

The cottage is full of character and charm with exposed beams and is nicely furnished and well equipped. It has a small garden and lawn to the front with access to a larger walled garden.

• The cottage has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed the other 2 single beds.
  
• Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, wash basin.
  
• Large comfortable lounge with dining area, coal fire, electric fire, colour TV and video.
  
• Well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron, toaster, spin dryer, access to outside tumble dryer.
  
• Heating is by electric storage heaters. Electric is included. Water heated by immersion heater.
  
• Bed linen, towels, heating, coal, toilet rolls, tea towels, washing-up liquid are all included in the rent.
