Spring
Lodge Guest House is a 5-bed family run guest house dating
from the Edwardian period, situated in a central yet quiet
cul-de-sac close to all the amentities Harrogate has to offer.
We offer guests 5 very comfortable bedrooms of varying
types and prices all with colour television, radio
and a well-stocked hospitality tray.
We are at the end of the cul-de-sac and all the rooms
are peaceful with very little traffic noise.
For bookings we require a deposit of £25.00 per
room or £50.00 per room for stays of more than 3 nights.
We accept cheques made payable to Spring Lodge or debit
or credit card-for security reasons if you wish to pay by

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is as follows:-
If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days before it is due
to start we will retain your deposit.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the start we
reserve the right to charge for the cost of the booking (less
the cost of breakfast) if we are unable to re let the room.
Our popular, cosy, standard single room-the bathroom is along
the landing.
A recently refurbished first floor twin room with a new ensuite
bathroom, with shower and toilet and a large bay window, at the
front of the house.
A recently refurbished double room on the first floor with
ensuite shower and separate toilet along the landing. This is
probably our warmest room as it is right in the middle of the
house!
A double room ensuite on the first floor with full bath, shower
over and toilet. This is our largest double with room for a child’s
put-u-up bed.
A double room on the second floor with ensuite corner bath,
shower over and toilet, with feature sloping ceiling!
