This is a delightful non-smoking property, originally part of the West Cliff railway station, that has been reconstructed into a two bedroomed holiday accommodation suitable for a family or two couples.

Waverley is situated within a short walking distance of the town and all local attractions. Car parking is available in a parking bay outside Waverley.

From the front of the property there is a well equipped kitchen diner with table and four chairs, also washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer.  This leads to a comfortable lounge with electric stove, television and video and entrance into the courtyard.

Upstairs is a bathroom with white suite, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. All bed linen is provided.

Waverley House has a parking bay visible from inside the property.

With all modern services and amenities, Waverley House offers a very comfortable high standard accommodation. Dogs are not accepted.

October, November & Xmas 2008, Sleeps 4 + cot.  Tariff, call for details, all inclusive of  bed linen. A deposit   secures your booking. Minimum stay 3 nights.
