The Boars Head is a small family run hotel/pub in the Yorkshire Dales in a convenient location in the Yorkshire Dales.

This beautiful old character building in picturesque Long Preston offers good food, a fine choice of beverages and high quality accommodation within a short drive of the market towns of Skipton and Settle in the Yorkshire Dales.

Around this area is some of the most beautiful Dales countryside, especially attractive to walkers and lovers of the outdoors.

The pub has been newly refurbished, but the welcoming open fire and old beamed ceilings retain the traditional character of the building.

On offer is a large range of traditional home cooked Yorkshire food as well as more unique dishes. Tables can be reserved. Meal times can be flexible to suit your needs if specified at the time of booking.

There is a good choice of fine ales, lagers, spirits and a selection of wines.

The Boars Head has four newly refurbished en-suite letting rooms - one double and three twins. All rooms have colour TV, central heating and tea/coffee making facilities. A trouser press is available.

Thursday Night is steak OR surf night : Sirloin steak or salmon steak, side salad, home made chips & bottle of house wine £25 per COUPLE.

Last Friday of the month come and join us for a get together of our local folk group.

Every Saturday night is live entertainment night.

Sunday is carvery with a choice of two meats freshly carved for you.
