Resting snugly at the junction of Wensleydale, Bishopdale and Walden, the village of West Burton surrounds an expansive village green containing an ancient market cross. The village has a shop, pub and Post Office and is located well away from main traffic routes, offering a truly traditional and tranquil base for a holiday in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside. Open all year round, The Grange offers en-suite bedrooms, each individually furnished to the highest standard, with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities. A full English Breakfast is included in the price. Dinner is optional. The menu changes daily and we are happy to cater for individual diets given prior notice. After dinner, guests may enjoy coffee by the open fire in the drawing room or take a stroll around the delightful gardens of The Grange.

Facilities include full oil central heating, a well equipped kitchen, a large pitched beamed living room with wood burning stove, and a traditional stone-flagged floor (with rugs). Stable Cottage has one double bedroom with stable door leading onto the courtyard, and one twin bedded bedroom which overlooks the courtyard. The bathroom has a bath and shower, toilet, washbasin and shaving socket. There is a colour TV and full oil central heating, video recorder and stereo system. Guests may take dinner at The Grange. A booking fee of £50.00 per week is required, the balance due on arrival. All bookings are from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 pm except short breaks in the off season.
