Yorkshire Wolds, close to the Yorkshire Coast and North York Moors

Dating from the 17th century the Old Mill Hotel was formerly the farmhouse attached to the village corn mill. The hotel provides a tranquil atmosphere set amidst the stunning Yorkshire Wolds countryside, providing easy access to the “Wolds Way” and many other relaxing country walks and pursuits.

The Old Mill Hotel is also within short distance of the heritage coastline, Ryedale, the North York Moors (“Heartbeat country”), Dalby Forest (popular for off roading events) and the seaside resorts of Bridlington and Scarborough. Beverley and York are nearby providing other attractions such as two racecourses, museums, the Yorvik Viking centre and their respective historic Minsters.

Our fully licensed restaurant caters for all tastes and dietary requirements. Food is available from our widely varied A La Carte menu from 12 until 2 in the afternoon and 6 until 9 in the evenings. Bar meals are also available. On Sundays food is served from 12 mid-day until 4 in the evening.

The restaurant is open to non residents, our Sunday lunches are very popular with prices starting at £9.95.

Our function room caters for parties of all descriptions, seating 30 at the banqueting table. In total, 80 guests can be accommodated utilising the whole restaurant. Ideal for wedding receptions, office parties and other celebrations. The dance floor is ideal for evening parties. Clubs & groups are welcome. Secure, well lit parking is provided.
