Originally farm buildings, the cottage has been sympathetically restored in keeping with the adjacent 15th century farmhouse where John Wesley once preached. For those seeking a quiet a quiet, peaceful country holiday in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Two Hoots Cottage is the ideal choice. Set in the midst of Nidderdale the most easterly located of the Yorkshire Dales, the cottage is well situated for the scenic beauty, walking country and attractions of the area. It is located several miles from the elegant spa town of Harrogate with its excellent shops, restaurants and gardens; the historic city of Ripon with its magnificent cathedral and the ancient site of Fountains abbey. There is a shop and a post office 2 miles away. The single level cottage has an open plan antique pine kitchen/dining area separated by oak beams from the attractive lounge with its cast iron gas fired stove. A door leads to a large patio with garden furniture. The double bedroom is well furnished in antique pine with a brass and iron bed, The bathroom and WC has an over bath shower.
