Situated on England's most northern Navigable Canal in the ancient Cathedral City of Ripon, Waterfront House is the perfect place to stay overlooking the recently restored Canal Basin with the River Skell, Cathedral and the Market Square and good shops, pubs and restaurants close by. It is an ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors with places of interest nearby including Fountains Abbey, Ripley Castle, Masham Brewery, Brimham Rocks, Newby Hall, Middleham Castle and, of course, Harrogate and York, both within easy reach.

Accommodation

Included in rental is full gas central heating throughout, electricity, bedlinen (duvets) and towels, with private undercover parking for 2 cars.

Because of the canalside location, regrettably this property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Sorry but NON smokers only and NO pets allowed.

Ground Floor

Entrance hall with door to canalside, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink, coat and boot drying. Outside storage cupboard ideal for bikes etc.

First Floor

Spacious open plan lounge with wooden flooring, feature fireplace with gas living flame fire, colour TV, DVD/Video and CD player. (Video & DVD library and games provided). A south facing, furnished balcony, overlooks the canal. The dining area has a farmhouse style table and chairs. Pay phone.

The kitchen in the Shaker style is totally equipped with integrated appliances including gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker.

Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Second Floor

3 bedrooms - 1 double with hand carved four poster with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms. House bathroom with electric shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

All bedrooms have colour TV, radio/alarms and hairdryers.
