north bank of the river Wharfe in Langstrothdale Chase, Upper
Wharfedale and has been farmed by our family since 1842.
 Following
requests from our Bed & Breakfast customers who have enjoyed
our home reared lamb for supper when staying as guests, we
now offer a mail order service so that anyone in the UK can
enjoy the taste of succulent Dales Lamb

lamb is naturally reared, grazing on the ancient herb rich pastures
that are so special to this area of the Yorkshire Dales and
non intensive traditional hill shepherding means our lambs are
reared to the highest welfare standards, enabling them to mature
slowly in the old fashioned way, producing a tender succulent
flavoursome meat; meat like it used to taste. |
