Yockenthwaite Farm Lamb
Whole or Half Lambs Available

These will be prepared by our butcher into a selection of convenient joints and cuts; chilled, packaged, labelled and boxed before being delivered direct to your doorstep – ready to either cook or freeze.

A whole lamb can weigh between 16 ½ - 18kg (36-40lb)

The contents of a typical whole lamb box is detailed below, but our lamb can be butchered to your specification so if you prefer, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Whole Lamb Box

A typical whole lamb box will contain:

  • 4 neck chops
  • 4 shoulder joints
  • 16 cutlets
  • 12 loin chops
  • 4 leg joints
  • 6 leg steaks
  • 2 breasts
  • liver and 2 kidneys (available with whole lambs only)

Half Lamb Box

A Half Lamb Box will be roughly half weight and content of above.

Our butcher is also able to process some of the joints further if you prefer -
please ask for details.

Please note

Lamb is a seasonal product available from September to February.
