The centre has two lounges, one of which is the 250 year old main barn building with the original beams, ceiling and features - the other is furnished with all mod cons including cd player, tv, dvd and pool table.   

The well equipped kitchen is ideal for large self catering groups and the main lounge comfortably seats 18 people around one table. 

Outside we have well maintained grounds with various seating areas providing you with unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside.

Facilities

• Heating - The centre has central heating and is always warm.
• Bedrooms - 9 twin bedrooms that are clean and comfortable with 2 single beds, chest of drawers, hanging spaces, bedside lamps and radio alarm clocks.
• Main Lounge Large 8 metres square room comfortably seats 18 at a large dining table with open plan lounge area for relaxing.
• Second Lounge Room - with oak parquet floor, easy chairs with kitchen area and fridge for drinks and snacks. This room has a stereo, TV, video and a league standard pool table.
• 5 toilets, 4 showers - are all adjacent or next to each of the nine bedrooms.
• Large Kitchen - with 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 8 hobs, dishwasher, 2 fridges, freezer and ample crockery, glasses and pans.
• Entrance Hall - with plenty of space for taking off boots and hanging wet clothing.
• Centre grounds - well maintained grounds with seating areas enable you to enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea whilst taking in the beautiful views.
• Car park - a private and secure off road car park.
• Nearby Pub: Only 1/2 mile down the road, serving great beer, bar snacks and a full restauraunt menu.

Outside: The centre is set in one acre of private land with country flowers / limestone rockeries and level grassed areas whilst it's just a four minute walk to nearby river walks.  

Bed linen: You will need to bring a single sheet and duvet cover for each bed used. These however can be hired at a cost of £2.50 per person.

Tariff for Holiday Groups:  Weekend two nights £660, three nights £820, (three nights bank holiday weekends £840). Midweek one night £470, two nights £690, three nights £910, four nights £1150. CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR still available. Christmas 2 nights £1090, 3 nights £1290. New Year 2 nights £1190, 3 nights £1390.                   

B & B Up to three rooms are available midweek only on a bed and breakfast basis however bookings can only be made up to ten days in advance. Rooms from £24 for a single and from £36 for a twin.
