 | The Barn lies very close to Pen-y-ghent, one of the famous Three Peaks, near the Pennine Way and the Dales Way, and the area is criss-crossed by a number of public footpaths & Bridleways. Besides being a superb area for walking, the area is ideal for cycling. Whether you are an off road or on road cyclist, there is something for everyone. The area is also popular for climbing and caving. Pony trekking and fishing can be enjoyed at Kilnsey and for a totally different adventure, try “The Sunhill Centre ”, where you can try laser combat, aerial adventures on the ropes course or rally carting. If you prefer something less adventurous, we have a “local information” pack in the barn giving lots of ideas for local days out and local attractions. Despite fuel costs increasing by 50%, we have endeavoured to keep the price rise to a bare minimum. |
