Conditions of Hire

A deposit of £250 confirms your booking, with the balance due six weeks prior to your arrival

The Bunkbarn will be cleaned and ready for you on your arrival. Please ensure that you leave it as clean and tidy as you find it. Take care of the premises and all the equipment and please let me know if anything is broken or not working.

Recycling: There are two bulk containers by the cattle grid: one is for your cans, plastic and glass bottles and the other is for general waste. There are also two blue bins for cardboard and paper.

Arrival time is from 4pm and departure is by midday. These times are negotiable, depending on whether there is a group staying before or after you.

Please do not climb walls, and do not enter any of the privately owned fields surrounding the Bunkbarn, except our own playfield, the "Buttercroft".

A well-behaved dog is welcome, but please clean up after it, and keep it under control at all times.

We require all groups to have more than one leader over the age of 25, and do not accept Stag, Hen or 18th Parties.

Most importantly, out of deference to our neighbours, we require all groups to be quiet after midnight, and to maintain the peace and tranquility of this most beautiful area.
