Every cabin comes with the comforts you need to feel rested including a double bed or sofa bed, stowaway table and chairs, underfloor heating, a fully equipped micro kitchen with an induction hob, fridge and oven, and a compact wet room and toilet. There’s also private decks and terraces, shared gardens and outdoor seating areas – ideal for stargazing when night falls. Each cabin is named after the birds that fill the air in this precious patch of West Yorkshire; with carefully decorated interiors featuring local artists.

The wallpaper is by Hannah Nunn and artwork by Kate Boyce and Julia Ogden, with everything chosen to reflect the birds and the beautiful wilderness they call home. Even though we’re rural, you’ll find us only ten minutes’ drive from Hebden Bridge, Heptonstall and Todmorden and only 30 minutes from Haworth, home of the Brontës.

From our door you can walk the Calderdale and Pennine Ways or cycle the Sustrans National Route 68. Should you simply want to curl up with a book alongside the butterflies, birds and deer that live alongside us, be our guest. Think of us as your breathing space from everyday life and you won’t go far wrong.
