Raydale Camping Barn, Stalling Busk - Leyburn

Rural accommodation for up to 16

Raydale camping barn is situated between Stalling Busk and Marsett, near Lake Semerwater. Is has been sensitively converted from a field barn into simple accommodation for up to 16 in two bedrooms with sleeping platforms. Although there is no electricity (making head torches/candles a critical part of your kit list) there are three toilets and two showers, a well equipped kitchen including a gas cooker, and dining areas within the old boskins (the divisions between tied up cows). There are sofas, a log burner map table and chairs in the lounge area.

The camping barn is in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and ideally situated for accessing all the activities Wensleydale, Swaledale and Wharfedale have to offer. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, family groups who want basic accommodation with the reassurance of four walls and a solid roof!

The area is also ideal for outdoor pursuits such as mountain biking, fishing, caving, pony trekking and bird watching, and kayaking/canoeing on Lake Semerwater. Our neighbours at the barn are the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
